Vergütung der Portimplantation zur Durchführung von Chemotherapie

§ 115a Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1, § 115a Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2, § 115a Abs. 2 Satz 2, § 115b Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 SGB V

1. Die Portimplantation zur Durchführung mehrerer Chemotherapien ist auch dann keine vorstationäre Leistung im Sinne des § 115a SGB V, wenn bereits am Tag nach der Portimplantation die erste Chemotherapie erfolgt.

2. Die Portimplantation kann als ambulante Operation nach dem AOP-Vertrag gemäß § 115b SGB V abgerechnet werden.
